Backup & DB Cockpit

October 13, 2026
Production

Tenant administrators can schedule, monitor and download their own database backups.

Improvement

Backup Runs Queue Instead of Colliding

A backup that comes due while the same database is already being backed up now waits and starts automatically when the first finishes. Retention never deletes the newest good backup of a database, and the daily safety-net backup only runs for databases with no recent success.

System Global
New Feature

Backup & DB Cockpit

A new Administrator → Backups page with four tabs:

  • Overview – health alerts, backup KPIs, database size trend, cache hit ratio, connections and the largest tables
  • Schedules – hourly, daily, weekly or monthly plans with retention (up to 90 days), e-mail on failure and a preview of the next runs
  • Calendar – actual and planned runs, week by week
  • History – every run with its size, checksum, restore verification and log

Security Update

Audited Backup Download

Downloading a backup needs its own permission, every download is recorded (who, when, from where), and the link expires after 10 minutes.

Configurable Field Status

October 13, 2026
Production

Decide which fields of a screen are hidden, required or optional, per company and group.

New Feature

Field Status (Suppress / Required / Optional)

A new Settings → Field Status page lets a tenant hide fields the business does not use, or make them required, per company and per group. The Customer Master is the first screen to use it.

  • A screen with no configuration behaves exactly as before
  • Fields a record cannot exist without are always required
  • Values already stored in a hidden field are never erased

Customer Master GL Account and BOM Variant Picks

October 13, 2026
Production

The receivables account is set on the customer, and the Variant Rules matrix can choose a component variant per size.

New Feature

Trade Receivables Account on Customer Master

The Customer Master dialog now has a picker for the customer's Trade Receivables GL account, which invoice posting needs.

CRM Global
New Feature

Component Variant per Parent Variant

The BOM Variant Rules matrix can now pick which variant of a component each finished-good variant consumes (for example a 6 mm or 8 mm bow per size), with "Set all" per row and column. Rules the matrix does not own are shown locked rather than overwritten.

SO Status (Detailed) Report

October 13, 2026
Production

A line-level Sales Order status report, with make-to-order decided by the order type.

Improvement

Make-to-Order Decided by Sales Order Type

Order types now carry a "Make to order" flag. Once a type is flagged, status reports use it instead of inferring MTO from production linkage.

CRM Global
New Feature

SO Status - Detailed

A new line-level report under CRM → SO Status shows each order line with its production stages, rejected, rework and scrap figures, material cover and budget approval status, with a drawer for line detail.

Bug Fix

Real Estate Forms and Reports

Corrections to the Lease, Property, Space, Tenant, SF Number and Settings forms, and to the Occupancy, Rent Arrears, Rent Roll and Tenant Ledger reports.

Other Global
Improvement

Bundle Sticker Layout

The bundle labels page layout was refined for the sticker print.

Textile Costing: Manufacturing Operations and Price Revisions

October 12, 2026
Production

Made-up manufacturing is costed as operation lines with a Component Master, and prices can be revised monthly or quarterly in one run.

Bug Fix

Component Type Seeding Failure

Seeding component types no longer fails on a duplicate id; the id sequence is reset first.

Other Global
Improvement

Navigation Registry Seeded on Every Deploy

The sidebar navigation registry is now seeded as part of each production deploy, so new pages appear without a manual step.

System Global
Improvement

Greige Yarn Rate Auto-fill

Choosing a yarn fills Cost/kg from the last costed rate, then the material master, and says "No rate on file" when neither exists. The source is shown under the rate and a rate you type afterwards is kept.

Other Global
New Feature

Optional Rejection Over Manufacturing

The overall rejection % can now apply to fabric, accessories, packaging and manufacturing. When switched on, each operation's own rejection % is ignored so rejection is never applied twice.

Other Global
New Feature

Component Master

A new Component Master page lists, creates, edits and deactivates component and operation types. A type cannot be deleted while a costing line uses it.

Other Global
New Feature

Manufacturing Operations as Costing Lines

Made-up manufacturing is now a table of operations (Cutting, Sewing, Picoting, Scalloping, Embroidery, Checking, Packing and more), each with its own unit, rate, quantity and rejection %. Existing costings were converted with identical prices.

Other Global
New Feature

Price Revision Runs

Customers on monthly or quarterly revised prices no longer need a new opportunity per period. A run re-prices the latest approved version of each costing as a new version, refreshes dependent fabric sheets, is approved once for the whole run, and can create the revised quotations.

  • "Price valid till" is shown on every costing and turns red once passed

Purchase Returns: End-to-End Fixes

October 12, 2026
Production

Return-to-vendor was walked end to end on real data and the defects found were fixed.

Bug Fix

Staging a Return Found No Stock

Staging now resolves the bin holding the batch instead of failing with "Available: 0". Cancelling a staged order moves the goods back, and reversing a staged return restores them to their shelf.

Procurement Global
Bug Fix

Debit Notes on Returns

The debit note carries the line's GST rate and the return's own tax (it had billed a paisa more). A deleted, cancelled or reversed note no longer blocks a new one, and reversing a note hands the return back to Shipped.

Procurement Global
Bug Fix

Payment Hold and Edit Rules

The payment hold now covers partially shipped returns, a hand-picked held invoice is refused by name, and submitted requests can no longer be edited or deleted.

Procurement Global
Improvement

Purchase Return Screen

The supplier list is now complete (11 of 60 suppliers were unreachable), dialog errors show inside the dialog, a request can be cancelled, and the debit note and ITC journal are shown by number.

Procurement Global
Security Update

Approval and Report Permissions

A requester can no longer approve their own return request. GST reports now need the reports permission and the challan print needs the view permission.

Merchandising Reports: Accuracy Fixes

October 12, 2026
Production

A walkthrough of the merchandising reports found and fixed four defects.

Bug Fix

SO P&L Margin on Unplanned Orders

Orders without planned cost no longer show a 100% actual margin. Actual cost falls back to planned, then estimated, states its basis, and shows nothing when no cost exists.

CRM Global
Bug Fix

Photo Summary Mixed Currencies

The photo summary no longer adds USD, GBP and INR into one value; totals are now per currency.

CRM Global
Bug Fix

Delivered Orders Shown "At Risk"

A fully delivered order no longer reads "At risk" because shipping consumed its stock reservation.

CRM Global
Bug Fix

Buyer Approval Resubmit Error

Resubmitting an order approval no longer fails with a server error.

Active Company Switcher

October 12, 2026
Production

Each browser tab works in one company, and ledgers and lists show only that company.

Bug Fix

Postings No Longer Fall Back to the First Company

Forms pre-selected the first company and several screens fell back to it, so a multi-company tenant could post into the wrong company. These now use the active company or stop with a clear message.

System Global
Improvement

Separations Grid Refinements

The Separations list gains further refinements on the standard grid.

Human Resources Global
Improvement

Bundle Labels Page Refinements

Small layout refinements to the bundle labels page.

Other Global
Improvement

Sales Orders on the Standard Server-side Grid

The Sales Orders list follows the standard grid: paging, search, sorting and filtering on the server, a PDF export and a Pivot view.

CRM Global
New Feature

Company Switcher in the Header

Users with several companies choose the company they are working in from the header. Each tab works in one company; a new tab starts in your last company.

  • Company dropdowns on forms offer only the active company, and a request naming another company is refused.
  • The GL Account Ledger, Vendor and Customer Ledgers, journal entries, vendor invoices and payments, customer receipts, bank transactions, cash journal and balance transfers list the active company only.
System Global
Security Update

Permission Cache Separated Per Tenant

Cached permissions are now keyed per tenant, so they can no longer collide between tenants sharing a cache.
