What we shipped, in plain language.

A reversed entry whose reversal fell in a different period made the Bank Book disagree with the GL Ledger. Both now use one rule for reversed pairs, including in the opening balance, and the Bank Book hides them by default.

Access to each module is now checked against the tenant's licence (plan plus individual grants). Unlicensed modules are hidden from the sidebar, a suspended or cancelled licence is honoured, and user-seat limits are checked when users are added.

Help videos are recorded on a demo tenant whose companies, customers, vendors and employees have been replaced with fictitious names, so no video identifies a real business.

New help videos for the Materials, Chart of Accounts, Enterprise, Sales Organization and Purchase Organization hierarchies and for the Material Master.

Changing a tenant's status now updates its licence, and the other way round, so a tenant shown as active can no longer be locked out by a cancelled licence.

The licence page shows licensed users and users in use, highlighted when a tenant is near or over its limit.

The demo presenter is now a single installer that carries everything it needs, installs without administrator rights and checks the demo logins as they are entered. The /demo page points to it.

A user's personal defaults are no longer returned to other users.

343 API endpoints that any logged-in user could call now require a specific permission (among them employee bank details, customer receipts, credit-block release and data uploads). A new endpoint without a declared permission is refused, and the build fails if one is added.

Payments Received, GL Payments, Bank Transactions, Cash Journal, Internal Orders and Journal Entry forms listed every company's GL accounts, house banks, customers and vendors. They now list only the active company, and opening an existing document shows its own company's accounts.

The Customer, Supplier and Sales Order lists are scoped to the active company.

Invoicing, GR/IR, landed cost and purchase returns no longer offer receipt lines that have been reversed.

Reverse a whole receipt or chosen lines from the Material Document List. The purchase order gets its received quantity back and the reversal is dated the original posting date by default.

Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Customers, Sales Orders, Sales Order Line Items, SO Inventory and both SO Status reports now share one grid layout with a pivot view, saved report layouts, search highlighting, columns fitted to content and Excel and PDF export.

Planned order quantities are rounded up to the unit's precision, so a piece-counted material is no longer proposed as 10.2 Pcs. Kilogram materials keep their decimals.

A bought material with variants (for example a wash-care label in five sizes and three colours) now produces one purchase requisition with a line per variant, instead of one per variant.

BOM warnings collapse behind an icon with a count, the header is shown as grouped cards, and Update BOM sends only what changed instead of every line. A failed line now shows its real error.
